Environment nodes disappear after reopenning editor

Greetings,

Let me start by saying I have already found the thread which explained that nodes which do not represent settings changed from their defaults are discarded. I currently have a small test library which I am trying to configure for use with Enterprise Library. As an example, I have created an Environment named "Production", and an Application Setting called "Environment" with a value of "dev". The Environment setting has an overriding value for the Production environment of "prod", with 'Overrides on Production' set to "Override Properties".

If I save the changes to App.config, close it, and reopen it in the Enterprise Library Configuration, my Production environment node is missing. I can re-open it, and fortunately my overriding settings are still active when I do. Is it normal behavior to have the environment node disappear though? Although it is usable like this since I can reopen the environment setting, this is very annoying behavior.

Thanks,
Erik
